Do not turn off IPv6 on Windows Small Business Server 2008. If you do turn it off, the server will require you to reboot. While it is rebooting it will seem to freeze on 'Applying Policy Settings'.
DO NOT TURN OFF SERVER OR REBOOT.
It will take up to 60 minutes before the login screen will show up. Once you can logon, turn IPv6 back on.
