How to add a printer to Mac OS X 10.3 or later

1. Choose Show Printer List from the View menu
2. Click the add printer button (+)
3. Choose LPR Printers using IP from the pop up menu
4. You must enter the printers IP address or DNS name
5. Then select the printer from the Printer Model menu or leave it at generic
6. Click add
7. Close the Printer List window
